Poor sound, look good

I cant expect too much from these given their price but their audio quality sounds like a tin can. If you are like me and want good sound then just spend a bit more. These are very stylish, fit well and the have a classy case, however.

Better fit than T21, not much better sound

Maybe I got too used to the T21s sound, those were a lot more balanced. The bass on this model is a little too heavy, makes me want to actually use Bass Reducer on my phones EQ. Im sure Ill get used to it eventually. This model definitely stays in my ears a lot better thanks to the design though. What I wont get used to is the way they designed the buds to fit in the case. Someone thought itd be a good idea to flip the buds in the case the opposite way they go into your ears. It wasnt a good idea. Theres really no easy way to seamlessly take the buds out of your ears and put them back in the case because they need to be flipped. Really not the smartest design. Edit: To further talk on the case design, there's literally no way to take these buds out of the case without triggering some touch function. The magnet for the case is also too weak. The touch is also way too sensitive, putting them in your ear also triggers all sorts of functions. And since these buds use an individual Bluetooth connection for each ear piece, one side may randomly decide it doesn't want to work until you put the bud back in the case and take it out again. Absolutely horrible design choices here, so much so that I had to knock off a star. I can say I've gotten used to the bass though, so there's that. *shrug*

good sound quality, awful music sounds for notifications

The product is good, it has a nice sound quality. But I'm putting 3 stars, because the sound it makes during connection and turning on, is awful, its like cheap Chinese 5 pair.

I purchased this product in February and would never use it for prolonged sessions. One day recently I took these to the gym after they had been placed in the charging case overnight with the case fully charged. Upon taking them out and pairing them, I noticed that the right earbud was completely charged while the left earbud was at 10%. This was constantly the case. I have contacted Aukey's support team and am waiting to hear back on a possible resolution but I've seen a few other reviews that are having an issue very similar to mine. Edit 04/12/2021: Contacted Aukey support team and upon some back and forth of providing them proof of purchase and no physical damage to the product, they quickly sent out a replacement that I've been having no issues with whatsoever. I purchased these to use at the gym and they've not had any problem handling the sweat. Product connects quickly, I (personally) don't have issues with them falling out, and the sound when listening to music or while on calls works perfectly with both my phone and my PC. They do come with three sizes of ear tips, a USB-A to USB-C charging cable but does not come with a charging brick.

Great

For the promotional price of these earbuds you can't go wrong...they are worth every penny of the standard price of $50 but a lot of the times you can get them for $20 with the promotion and they are worth every penny..they may not have the wireless charging case but they... For the promotional price of these earbuds you can't go wrong...they are worth every penny of the standard price of $50 but a lot of the times you can get them for $20 with the promotion and they are worth every penny..they may not have the wireless charging case but they do have USB type-c fast charging case and the sound quality is way better than any other budget earbud..you are definitely getting a $50 earbud quality for $20 all day long. They sound just as good as my Galaxy earbuds.. The first pair I had sounded amazing but after I unpaired them and switch them to a different device I could never get the two earbuds to sync together again they would only work one-on-one or not at all. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me another pair and I have had no problems it connected to my phone right out of the box with a 100% charge and sound amazing... I stand behind aukey products.. they do have cheaper quality products if you want to go that route but as long as you stick to what they call mid-range you're getting a good set of earbuds or any other product offered by them for a fraction of the price of airpods or Galaxy buds.
