Warranty Process

For products purchased from RACKTODOOR.com in new, unopened, unaltered condition. 

 

To obtain a replacement under the terms of this warranty for products purchased within the US, please submit a warranty request to support@racktodoor.com

Valid proof of purchase clearly showing the original purchase date, product name and/or model number, and place of purchase is required for warranty service.

 

Smoosat, Metakoo, Macwheel, Avantrek, Miclon, Hurley Ebikes and E-Scooters, and SUITOUR 3pcs Luggage Set: 6Blu Inc will provide free parts replacements within 180 days of purchase, for  manufacturing defective and/or damages. 

Warranty Period

RACKTODOOR.com warrants for 30 days to the original retail purchaser that the product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, RACKTODOOR.com, at its option, will replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor.

If the product model is no longer available and cannot be replaced with an identical model, RACKTODOOR.com at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.

If no identical or similar model can be offered as a replacement, the customer will be offered store credit without an expiration date.
