Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the order is shipped out. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us via chat or email at support@racktodoor.com to initiate the cancellation process.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for most products* within 30 days of the delivery date. You may choose either an exchange or a refund, minus the original shipping charge (if applicable). To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Please ensure that you include the original sales receipt with your return. We will initiate the refund once the return is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method. The original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In cases where the return is not due to our error, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply

For Defective or Incorrect Products:

We accept returns by mail in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or found to be defective within 30 days of the delivery date.

For Non-defective items that never open:

To qualify for a return, items must be within 30 days of the delivery date, and in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Moreover, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For Non-defective opened items: 

If you are not happy with the item you received within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return it for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Moreover, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Initiating a Return

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

We will send a return label to your email for the parcel that needs to be returned.

**"New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition" means that the item is returned without any signs of wear, use or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
