Worked great but failed after 11 months

I was very satisfied with the product as it charged my phone quickly. Is pretty big/thick but is expected as it charges your devices quickly. However a few months later the prong/plug seems to have broke. The prong is bent and seems out of position as it is loose and hard... I really enjoyed it while it lasted but wish it could have lasted longer. Was worth the money until after it broke. I love Aukey products and have been buying them for a while, never had a problem with them; pretty bummed that it broke so quickly unfortunately. Edit: Company reached out and offered to send a new product free of charge. Customer service was exceptional. Knowing that they will go the extra mile to satisfy a customer puts your mind at ease; you can buy from them knowing they want you to be completely satisfied with them.

Perfect Adapter for all portable devices!

This is perfect for home and travel, allows you to charge pretty much any device with its Fast-Charge USB-C option and fast usb Charger As well. Id recommend this to anyone!
