I ordered these last year, and paid more for them, as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. Out of the box, they did not work. I have tried contacting the company several times and have not received a response. I continue to get sale promotion emails, and even got a request to review my order. Do your due diligence. An internet search on reviews for this company will show that many have experienced the same unresponsive lack of customer service that I received. Just like the earbuds that don't work, they did not respond. Volume control is only helpful if you can get sound!
